How to Format a Paper

I was asked by a few of my students how to correctly format their EXIT project paper for my assignment. I told them I would do a screencast and publish it to youtube. My students were shocked that I was able to do that so I decided to post it to my webpage for their class.

take a look at my site overall and let me know what you think. Scroll down to the last L.O. and it will take you to the video link below.

ENJOY!

I thought the video was very good, but I had trouble hearing it. I was wondering which version of MS Word you were using. Each version is different so maybe you want to clarify. I also thought it might be helpful if you added some text to your video reinforcing what you are saying. Can't wait to see the finished product.

This video was specifically made for my students not for this class. I decided to post it so that people could see how I have used things we learned in class for real life classroom experience. I found that on different computers the sound was better, but overall it is lower for some reason on youtube then on screentoaster.com

I wonder why that is the case--- anyone?

Hi Jay!
Good step-by-step, on-screen instructions. Volume was really low:( How about some bells & whistles - opening title...a little drama, as my students say.

Jay- great idea...simple but very useful. I had the sound problem others did but there was a lot of ambient noise where I was so that might be the problem.
